Neeraj Gupta is a seasoned entrepreneur and investor with decades of experience in building and scaling businesses in India. He is the Founder of Meru Cabs, India’s first organized radio taxi service, and a pioneer in creating scalable, professionally managed urban mobility solutions. Having successfully navigated high-growth entrepreneurship, Neeraj now focuses on investing in small and mid-sized businesses, bringing deep operational insight, strategic judgment, and founder-level perspective to the investment process at Rumex Ventures.

Ruhi Gupta brings an analytical and research-driven perspective to investing, with a strong foundation in behavioral science and finance. She graduated with First Class Honours in Behavioral Science from the London School of Economics (LSE) and began her professional career at J.P. Morgan in London, where she gained exposure to global financial markets and institutional investment frameworks. At Rumex, Ruhi is particularly focused on the intersection of finance, decision-making, and human behavior, applying behavioral insights to improve capital allocation, risk assessment, and long-term investment outcomes.
